Employee Experience Task Force recommendations posted
The UAF Employee Experience Task Force submitted its first round of recommendations to the chancellor in early May. The group reviewed and provided recommendations for improvement in the following areas:
- Leadership engagement
- Clarity and alignment
- Strategic, two-way communications
- Employee well-being
- Developing people
- Compensation and benefits
The recommendations and Chancellor White's response are available on the UAF Employee Experience website.
The task force will resume their work in the fall and will release a final report in early December.
