Online class to cover a range of food preservation techniques

Learn how to get the most out of the food you have grown, harvested or bought during a free one-hour overview of food preservation methods.
Leif Albertson, ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Cooperative Extension Service health, home and family development agent, will teach this virtual class. Attendees will learn how to extend the life of their food using a variety of preservation methods. These include refrigeration, root cellars, pickling, fermenting, sugar, dehydrating, boiling water canning and pressure canning.
