On Sept. 28, students, faculty and staff from UAF CTC Culinary Arts joined with the Alaska Railroad and HooDoo Brewery to provide food service for 250 guests on a train ride from ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø to Nenana and back. This allowed students to participate in a community favorite event, practicing service, food production and event planning.

Culinary Arts and Hospitality has participated in the HooDoo Choo-Choo since 2019, incorporating recipe production into classes and volunteer prep time. Led by program director Sean Walklin and assistant professor Hannah Prenger, the students excelled and the guests raved about the food and service.
