UAF United Way Campaign 2023

Tomorrow is ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Tuesday, which is touted as a "global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world." What better day to announce this year’s UAF United Way ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Campaign. This year, let our campaign be representative of the appreciation and care the UAF has for the ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø community and surrounding areas.

United Way of the Tanana Valley represents 17 nonprofit partner agencies. In the last year United Way and these agencies have served a total of 71,369 people in our community; they have provided 78,425 shelter nights, served 208,492 meals, collected over 5,600 pounds of winter clothing and 3,000 pounds of school supplies, and have connected 8,312 people to volunteer opportunities in our community among many other things. Check out the  and learn more about each of the agencies United Way supports.

Is your department interested in hearing more about the agencies? We can arrange a time for a Zoom or in-person meeting. Just let us know!

United Way of the Tanana Valley's work is to support nonprofit agencies that provide essential health and human services in the Tanana Valley. For 67 years, the United Way of the Tanana valley has provided fundraising, advocacy, and volunteer resources so local nonprofit agencies can focus on essential programs. Contributions to the United Way provide unrestricted funds, which allow the partner agencies to spend the funds on their most pressing needs to allow them to build a bridge for people. .

The ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø community needs our support more than ever. Let's give back to a community that has given so much to UAF and our community. Thank you for joining us in giving to the United Way.
