With expertise in international relations, political violence, and Arctic security, Professor Boylan has made a profound impact on the UAF community and beyond. His co-founding of the Model Arctic Council has created invaluable connections for students across the circumpolar North. Alongside his teaching, his academic background, with degrees in English, international studies, business administration, and international affairs, highlights his commitment to a diverse and enriching educational experience.
