The UAF Visual Art Academy is an intensive summer program for students in grades 6–12. It offers courses in various visual arts disciplines, including cartooning, ceramics, digital design, drawing, metalsmithing, painting, photography, and printmaking. The academy provides both full-day and half-day options, taught by professional Alaskan visual artists. This program is designed to cater to both beginners and advanced students, allowing them to focus on their areas of interest.
