Undergraduate Audition Form
Audition Guidelines and Instructions
Step 1: Apply to UAF through the Office of Admissions.
Step 2: Complete the Google Form below to apply to the Department of Music
Step 3: Apply for Financial Aid and Scholarship.
Step 4: Prepare for your audition based on repertoire requirements below.
Step 5: Submit your audition recording based on the instructions below OR audition live on audition day (date on form below)!
For Applicants Intending to Audition Live
Please submit the application form below. Once you have submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation email
outlining your audition time and further instructions.
For Applicants Intending to Submit Their Materials Digitally
Please submit the application form below and send your materials to us in the following manner:
1.) E-mail your digital audition materials to: uaf-music@alaska.edu
Note: Video files are not accepted. Please submit your digital materials as links
(Youtube, Vimeo).
2.) Mail your DVD to:

Requirements for digital materials:
1.) Recorded auditions must be audio/video recordings. Audio-only recordings will
not be considered.
2.) Announce your full name at the beginning of the video.
3.) Announce the name and composer of each work before it is performed.
4.) Each piece should be recorded without breaks and should not be edited.
