Transfer Students: How to Transfer VA Education Benefits to UAF

Your first step as a transfer student is to apply for admission to the University of Alaska ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø. The VA requires that you apply to an approved program in order to receive benefits. You can transfer military education benefits to UAF even after having used a portion of your benefits at another school.

Learn on your own time from anywhere in the world with GEM

UAF has partnered with the Community College of the Air Force's (CCAF) GEM program. This program offers Airmen the opportunity to access our general education courses in an online setting to fulfill the CCAF Associate in Applied Science (AAS) general education requirements.
